How to Get an Offer?

It's simple!

  1. Contact Martin Payne via email,
  2. If possible, have your ownership information available (the more the better, but any information is a starting point):
    • The Abstract number(s) and County or Counties where your property is located.
    • Or the Section, Township, Range where your property is located.
    • Number of Gross Mineral Acres*, Number of Net Mineral Acres you own.
    • Check stub info if the minerals are producing.
    • Ownership history or abstracts is a plus.
  3. We will either give you a verbal offer over the phone, or will contact you after doing a bit of research.

* What's the difference between Gross Mineral Acres and Net Mineral Acres?

Example: Let's say you and your sister inherited 80 acres from your parents, and they owned 100% of their mineral interests. In this case, you own 80 Gross Mineral Acres, and 40 Net Mineral Acres. Likewise, your sister owns 80 Gross Mineral Acres, and 40 Net Mineral Acres.
